With wet hands, press dough onto parchment-lined baking sheet into a rustic oblong, ½-inch thick.

Bake 15–20 min until golden and firm.

Whip ricotta with lemon zest, salt, and pepper until light and fluffy.

Spread whipped ricotta over warm flatbread. Drizzle with hot honey and garnish with fresh herbs.
