INSTRUCTIONS

1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix almond flour, starch, baking powder, and salt. Whisk eggs and olive oil; combine with dry ingredients.
2 With wet hands, press dough onto parchment-lined baking sheet into a rustic oblong, ½-inch thick.
3 Bake 15–20 min until golden and firm.
4 Whip ricotta with lemon zest, salt, and pepper until light and fluffy.
5 Spread whipped ricotta over warm flatbread. Drizzle with hot honey and garnish with fresh herbs.
