Baked Chicken Parmesan

We skip the breading and frying but keep all the flavor. Tender chicken simmered in rich marinara, topped with bubbly mozzarella. Served over zucchini noodles for a complete, comforting meal.

INSTRUCTIONS

1 Preheat oven to 400°F. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and oregano.
2 Sear chicken in an oven-safe skillet with olive oil, 2–3 min per side until golden.
3 Pour marinara over chicken. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
4 Bake 15–20 min until chicken is cooked through and cheese is bubbly.
5 Lightly sauté zucchini noodles 2–3 min until tender-crisp. Serve chicken over noodles, garnished with fresh basil.
