INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.

Set up a dredging station: flour mixture in one bowl, beaten eggs in another. Coat chicken in egg, then flour. Place on baking sheet.

Bake 15–20 min, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.

Simmer sauce ingredients (except slurry) in a small saucepan. Whisk in slurry; cook 1–2 min until thickened.

Toss baked chicken in the orange sauce. Serve with steamed vegetables.
