INSTRUCTIONS

Place chicken in a slow cooker. Whisk together BBQ sauce, vinegar, and spices; pour over chicken.

Cook on low 4–6 hours or high 2–3 hours until tender.

Shred chicken with two forks. Return to slow cooker and stir into the sauce.

Build your bowl: lettuce base, pulled chicken, red onion, jalapeños, and avocado. Drizzle with ranch if desired.
