BBQ Pulled Chicken Bowl

Smoky, savory, and slightly sweet. This slow-cooker pulled chicken is a meal-prep hero. Pile it into a bowl with your favorite toppings for an easy weeknight dinner.

INSTRUCTIONS

1 Place chicken in a slow cooker. Whisk together BBQ sauce, vinegar, and spices; pour over chicken.
2 Cook on low 4–6 hours or high 2–3 hours until tender.
3 Shred chicken with two forks. Return to slow cooker and stir into the sauce.
4 Build your bowl: lettuce base, pulled chicken, red onion, jalapeños, and avocado. Drizzle with ranch if desired.
