Beef & Broccoli

Simple, satisfying, and packed with protein. Tender sliced flank steak and crisp broccoli in a quick, flavorful sauce. Better than takeout, done in 20 minutes.

INSTRUCTIONS

1 Toss sliced steak with arrowroot starch. Whisk sauce ingredients together.
2 Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok over high heat. Sear steak in batches, 1–2 min per side. Remove and set aside.
3 Reduce heat to medium. Add remaining oil and broccoli. Cook 3–4 min, adding a splash of water to steam.
4 Add garlic and ginger; cook 1 min until fragrant.
5 Return steak to wok. Pour in sauce and simmer 1–2 min until thickened.
6 Serve on its own or over cauliflower rice.
