INSTRUCTIONS

Toss sliced steak with arrowroot starch. Whisk sauce ingredients together.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok over high heat. Sear steak in batches, 1–2 min per side. Remove and set aside.

Reduce heat to medium. Add remaining oil and broccoli. Cook 3–4 min, adding a splash of water to steam.

Add garlic and ginger; cook 1 min until fragrant.

Return steak to wok. Pour in sauce and simmer 1–2 min until thickened.

Serve on its own or over cauliflower rice.
