Preheat oven to 425°F. Steam cauliflower rice, then squeeze out ALL moisture in a kitchen towel. This step is crucial.

Mix dry cauliflower with egg, Parmesan, almond flour, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Press into a thin 10–12 inch circle on parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake 20–25 min until firm and golden. Spread sauce on top. Break burrata into pieces and dot over sauce.

Return to oven 5–7 min until cheese is melted and creamy.

Top with prosciutto, arugula, a drizzle of olive oil, and red pepper flakes. Slice and serve immediately.
