Cauliflower Crust Pizza with Burrata & Prosciutto

The holy grail of low-carb pizza. A sturdy, flavorful crust you can actually pick up, topped with creamy burrata, salty prosciutto, and fresh arugula. A sophisticated pizza night.

INSTRUCTIONS

1 Preheat oven to 425°F. Steam cauliflower rice, then squeeze out ALL moisture in a kitchen towel. This step is crucial.
2 Mix dry cauliflower with egg, Parmesan, almond flour, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3 Press into a thin 10–12 inch circle on parchment-lined baking sheet.
4 Bake 20–25 min until firm and golden. Spread sauce on top. Break burrata into pieces and dot over sauce.
5 Return to oven 5–7 min until cheese is melted and creamy.
6 Top with prosciutto, arugula, a drizzle of olive oil, and red pepper flakes. Slice and serve immediately.
