Egg White & Spinach Frittata Muffins

Your grab-and-go breakfast solution. Packed with protein, loaded with veggies, perfectly portioned. Make a batch on Sunday and you're set for the week.

INSTRUCTIONS

1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
2 Whisk egg whites, almond milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3 Divide spinach, bell pepper, and feta evenly among the muffin cups.
4 Pour egg mixture over the vegetables, filling cups ¾ full.
5 Bake 20–25 min until set and lightly golden. Cool before removing.
6 Store in an airtight container up to 5 days. Reheat 30–60 seconds in the microwave.
