INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 425°F. Coat cauliflower in egg, then almond flour mixture. Bake 20–25 min, flipping halfway.

Simmer sauce ingredients (except slurry) in a saucepan. Whisk in slurry; cook 1–2 min until thickened.

Toss baked cauliflower in sauce. Serve immediately with green onions and sesame seeds.
