General Tso's Cauliflower

A plant-based twist on a takeout legend. Crispy-baked cauliflower florets tossed in a sweet and savory sauce that hits all the right notes. You won't miss the chicken.

INSTRUCTIONS

1 Preheat oven to 425°F. Coat cauliflower in egg, then almond flour mixture. Bake 20–25 min, flipping halfway.
2 Simmer sauce ingredients (except slurry) in a saucepan. Whisk in slurry; cook 1–2 min until thickened.
3 Toss baked cauliflower in sauce. Serve immediately with green onions and sesame seeds.
