INSTRUCTIONS

Marinate chicken in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper for at least 30 min.

Make tzatziki: combine all ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Cook chicken in a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat, 5–7 min per side. Rest, then dice.

Assemble bowls: romaine base, chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and olives.

Pack tzatziki and feta separately for meal prep. Drizzle just before eating.
