Greek Chicken Bowls with Tzatziki

All the fresh, vibrant flavors of the Mediterranean in a simple, prep-ahead bowl. Marinated chicken, crisp veggies, and creamy homemade tzatziki. A lunch you'll actually look forward to.

INSTRUCTIONS

1 Marinate chicken in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper for at least 30 min.
2 Make tzatziki: combine all ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate until ready to use.
3 Cook chicken in a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat, 5–7 min per side. Rest, then dice.
4 Assemble bowls: romaine base, chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and olives.
5 Pack tzatziki and feta separately for meal prep. Drizzle just before eating.
