INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss broccoli, bell pepper, and onion with 1 tbsp olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet. Roast 15 min.

Pat salmon dry. Rub with remaining oil; season with salt and pepper.

Push vegetables to the sides. Place salmon in the center, top with lemon slices.

Roast another 12–15 min until salmon is cooked to your liking and vegetables are tender.
