Salmon & Roasted Veggie Sheet Pan

The ultimate low-effort, high-reward meal. Everything cooks together on one pan. Minimal cleanup, maximum flavor. A weeknight dinner dream.

INSTRUCTIONS

1 Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss broccoli, bell pepper, and onion with 1 tbsp olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet. Roast 15 min.
2 Pat salmon dry. Rub with remaining oil; season with salt and pepper.
3 Push vegetables to the sides. Place salmon in the center, top with lemon slices.
4 Roast another 12–15 min until salmon is cooked to your liking and vegetables are tender.
