Preheat your waffle iron.

Whisk together eggs, mozzarella, almond flour, and garlic powder.

Pour half the mixture into the center of the hot waffle iron. Cook 3–5 min until golden and crispy. Repeat for the second chaffle.

Spread each warm chaffle with cream cheese. Top with smoked salmon, dill, capers, and red onion.

Serve with a lemon wedge for squeezing over the top.
