Savory Chaffles with Smoked Salmon

A chaffle is a cheese waffle, and it's a low-carb game-changer. Crispy, savory chaffles are the perfect base for smoked salmon, cream cheese, and fresh dill. Fancy brunch in minutes.

Method

1 Preheat your waffle iron.
2 Whisk together eggs, mozzarella, almond flour, and garlic powder.
3 Pour half the mixture into the center of the hot waffle iron. Cook 3–5 min until golden and crispy. Repeat for the second chaffle.
4 Spread each warm chaffle with cream cheese. Top with smoked salmon, dill, capers, and red onion.
5 Serve with a lemon wedge for squeezing over the top.
