Turkey Taco Bowls

All the satisfaction of a taco, minus the shell. Endlessly customizable and perfect for using up whatever veggies you have. Seasoned ground turkey is a lean, flavorful base.

INSTRUCTIONS

1 Cook onion in avocado oil over medium-high heat until softened, 5 min.
2 Add ground turkey; cook until no longer pink, breaking it up.
3 Stir in garlic and spices; cook 1 min. Add broth; simmer 5–7 min until thickened.
4 Build your bowl: lettuce base, taco turkey, pico de gallo, avocado, cheese, jalapeños, and sour cream.
